In 2016 Private Brands Pty Ltd recognised the market demand for a next-level PPE brand focused on user safety, comfort and reliability; delivered through product certification, innovation and tailored support.

The brand Force360 was Designed To Protect Australia's modern workforce and provide an independent offering that distributors could make their own and go to market with leading, innovative products and compete against traditional multinational brands, with the security of exclusivity and increased margins.

Force360 has become the innovative force in developing unique, task-specific PPE for the Australasian market in the last four years. It is synonymous with the drive to raise the levels of workplace safety through product certification. This determination has seen Force360's industrial hand protection range be the first to meet CE and AS/NZS hand protection standards and have them certified accordingly by the notifying body BSI Group.

In November 2018, Bata Footwear recognised the growth and high service levels Private Brands were providing its distributor base and appointed them the exclusive master distributor for its entire Industrial Footwear range in NSW. Bata safety boots and gumboots are sold and distributed across NSW from Private Brands' dedicated Bata warehouse hub in Sydney's southwest.

In early 2019 the Graphex® range of gloves was introduced by Private Brands. The first gloves in the world to incorporate Graphene yarn into their construction and provide new levels of mechanical performance with exceptional dexterity. Graphex® gloves remain the most technologically advanced cut-resistant gloves available and provide Australia's leading businesses with the highest levels of protection, comfort and dexterity.

Shortly after the arrival of Graphex® hand protection, Private Brands formalised its end user service offering by launching 360applied. End users and distributors alike can engage the 360applied program to conduct full-site PPE audits and create task-specific, tailored solutions to workplace hazards and safety issues. A free value adds service sees a dedicated PPE specialist visit site to conduct the audit-based program.

Late 2020 saw Private Brands' global search for an industry-leading respiratory range ended when they partnered with the UK respirator manufacturer Corpro to distribute their range in Australia. Designed and manufactured in northwest England, Corpro half-face and full-face respirators represent the next generation in respiratory protection.
